- Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- Valid GATE (Mathematics) score is preferred but not mandatory.
- For candidates with a B.Sc. (M.Sc.) 5‑year integrated programme, a minimum of 55% is required.
- English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL) only for international applicants.
Entrance Examination
The admission is based on one of the following:
- DIT University Ph.D. Entrance Test (written + interview).
- National eligibility tests: GATE (Mathematics), CSIR‑NET, UGC‑NET.
Selected candidates are required to appear for a personal interview and a research proposal presentation.
